We didn't set out to build a shelf full of products. We set out to make one cleanser worth keeping.
Our Story
It started with skin that wouldn't settle
Our founder spent years cycling between cleansers that promised balance and delivered tightness. Every formula was either too harsh to use daily or too weak to remove a day of sunscreen. So we began from the other direction: what is the least a cleanser can contain and still work beautifully?
The answer became Botan Milk — a milky, low-lather cleanser built on aloe, green botanical extract, natural aspartus and glycerin. No sulfates. No parabens. No synthetic fragrance standing in for results.
We make it in small batches, test it on real skin across real climates, and refuse to add a second product until this one is perfect. Skincare should be a quiet ritual you look forward to — two minutes of care that make the rest of the day feel considered.
